hoki87 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of your Indonesian KTP (identity card), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and/or proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot) before you can make withdrawals. Verification typically completes within 24-48 hours of document submission.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. hoki87 accepts deposits via all major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account VIP tier. Standard players may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction; VIP players enjoy higher limits as outlined in the VIP program terms.
Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. You may not withdraw funds while an active bonus is in progress unless you first forfeit the bonus. Once a bonus is forfeited, any winnings generated from bonus funds are also forfeited, and only your original deposit balance remains.
All bets are subject to acceptance by hoki87. We reserve the right to refuse any bet or limit stake amounts without providing a reason. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your bet history, it is considered accepted and cannot be canceled or modified.
hoki87 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on football, basketball, badminton, tennis, and other sports. Odds are updated in real time. Bets placed on postponed or abandoned matches are typically voided unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific rules. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win; if any selection is voided, the parlay odds are recalculated excluding that selection.
All casino games including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games operate with certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are streamed live from licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined solely by chance and cannot be influenced by hoki87 or any third party. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed on each game and represent theoretical long-term payout rates.
